I too have experienced the same problems with this company. Now listed as BATTERY REBUILD I sent in my laptop battery in October 2008 and as of today June 2009 I still have not got my battery.
I have been told it was due to parts.
I even received an e-mail that it was ready to ship over 4 weeks ago and gave them my credit card info and still never got my battery.
WARNING - Stay away from this company.
