We joined Del Rey many months ago and they've planned three vacations for us and overall we've been very satisfied. A few weeks ago we sent in our good friends. They too joined but later went home and read all the reviews on this site and then canceled. It's disappointing because upon reading the other reviews, none of them describe what we've actually experienced. It sounds like one person wrote something bad, and everyone else followed in fear. Like I said, our family has had a great experience with Del Rey. But if you want to believe a bunch of people who only complain about their free gift or never used the service, I guess that's your choice.
