I purchased a set of headlights for a 1999 Dodge Ram. I was very pleased with the price I purchased them for; unfortunately this will be my last purchase from Dash z Racing. Let me explain. Each headlight was individually boxed and then placed in a larger box for shipping. I opened the outer box first and pulled the first inside box out. No problem. However when I went to pull the second headlight out, neither side of the box was taped causing the headlight to fall on the floor and break. I was very upset as we need the headlights for 3 truck events we were attending that weekend. Anyways, the real problem started when I contacted Dash Z Racing. After trying to blame the problem on me and they then blamed it on the manufacturer. They told me they were not going to warranty the product because it was the manufacture's fault, NOT THEIRS. After arguing we the very unprofessional manager on the phone, they decided to warranty the product. However they were not going to cover my shipping. I HAVE ALREADY PAID MY SHIPPING ONCE! Not to mention been inconvenienced over this whole issue. If whom ever handles the headlights would have packaged them properly, the headlight would not have broken. Why should I be held accountable. Being an automotive business owner myself, I know how the process works. Dash Z Racing should have agreed to pay the shipping, because it was clearly not my fault it was not packaged properly. And then they should have contacted the manufacturer in which case they should have reimbursed Dash Z for the extra expenses. After doing some research and seeing their unprofessional myspace website I understand why they were not knowledgeable enough to know how to handle the situation! CUSTOMERS BEWARE WHEN PURCHASING! Even if you get a broken product shipped to you, Dash Z Racing is going to blame it on UPS or the manufacturer! They are not willing to take responsibility for damaged products. A very unprofessional, childish style of doing business. MY ADVICE PAY THE OTHER $@) DOLLARS AND BUY YOUR PRODUCTS ELSEWARE!!!!!
