My family and I......well, my husband and 2 boys, recently rented a vacation rental over our Spring Break and had a wonderful time. The property was great and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I forgot my iron......I knew the property owner didn't provide one, and when I called Villa Rentals to ask if they had an extra iron, I was told that they didn't. But, a few hours later, I got a knock at the door and Nicole, one of the owners of the company, had brought me her iron and board from her home. This totally blew me away. I couldn't believe she had gone home and done this for me. This company is a diamond in the rough and anyone who rents from them will feel their genuine care and concern. I, as a Mom, appreciate their dedication to me and my family. It was really wonderful.
