This company is the sister company of Top Bargain Homes.
This is a scam..to take your money. the properties are old as confirmed by a nice customer service rep..hired as a third party after I told her my complaint. I filed a refund request through the website and through certified mail as they requested. Still waiting 3 weeks later for refund. Jim Bell the partner of both Top Bargain Homes and Vip Options is rude arrogant and only nice when they want your money.

sending a certified letter with confermation with in 30 days of sign up the address listed above for the company.
PLEASE save your money and frustration STAY AWAY
