I am not a person to complain but this company does not give the service it claims to. I signed up to get information on a preforeclosure home that I saw advertised on Craig's List. They said I have to sign up for the VIPOtions service to be able to get more information and to get a full listing of all preclosures in my area. Their service was also to get in touch with the owners and set up an appointment to see the property. After paying $130 I contacted VIPOptions and wanted to set up this appointment along with some other ones I found on there listing . They only responded with an automated response say that " they are working on processing re request". I never heard anything back. I called the company to ask for a refund explained my frustration and a girl said they do not give refunds and hung up on me. I called again and another girl said they don't give refunds and to call the customer service number. I tried three times and was on hold forever. I gave up. Also I checked the same listing VIPOptions had to what Zillow.com had and VIP listings where toally wrong and listed the wrong sale prices. Also some listings were a e few years old. This is a listing only of people that have devaulted on there loans and they property is not necessarily on sale. THIS IS A SCAM!
