I used this site to find the address of a person but I only have his phone number. I paid $4.95 for the service and their website instantly gave the addresses of two people. But the problem is that none of them is the person I am looking for. So, I e-mailed USSearch.com and asked for a refund. They sent me reply with the correct information.
