First off, I am not a customer of this site...I am a victim. This company sells personal information of every person they can find in the world - 300 million and growing they state. They do not offer a "permanent" way to remove your profile, so you must constantly check their site and go through the removal process. They also sell the more in-depth information on you, your friends and your family. Their "free information" makes it easy for criminals to locate you and gives enough information to make you a VERY juicy target. I would hate to see someone who was the victim of domestic violence, gang violence or someone who just looked them up get injured or killed because these data brokers led them to a person.
