Scam !!!! They mailed us invoice on 8/1/11 for $175 for telecom maintenance/service call. I called them to verify the details, but no one returned my call. A month later they sent us a statement now with two outstanding invoices and total amount due. They thought they can outsmart us by just paying the bill without verifying if the transaction is legitimate. I called them up and someone picked up the phone. Immediately the guy told me that this is not a bill but a solicitation for business. The wording was " This is not a statement for services rendered but for preventative maintenance on your telephone system". It didn't even say it was a solicitation letter. This company is a scam and stupid for thinking that people will just mail their payment without checking if it is a valid transaction.
I hope they get caught for operating an ilegal business !
