I have tried to contact Trialpay numerous times via email and by phone which I have received no email response back nor a return phone call after leaving a message. It has been almost 2 weeks now. I was directed to them via MyLife.com and was led to believe that I would receive a Free 1 year membership worth approximately $160 If I purchased something from Vistaprint. I did so and have yet to receive any correspondence whatsoever from TrialPay. Vistaprint actually sent them an email also with no response either.
I would like them to contact me as soon as possible to resolve this issue and give me my free 1 year membership membership to MyLife.com as promised. They also need to contact MyLife and let them know that I have fullfilled my obligation/agreement and am entitled to the offer.
