I believe this company to be illegitimate. After initially contacting my aunt by phone they employed high pressure tactics to secure an $1800 "refundable deposit". No guarantees of sale were offered. They even offered to refund brokerage costs paid previously to a separate company. No business can survive by paying the debts of another. Do not trust this company with your money.
