I also got a call today from them saying they had a buyer offering over $15K for my studio in Cancun. I had just checked the for sale listings today and the highest asking price for my timeshare on one website was $9000 and the lowest was $3900. They too wanted 8% up front deposit and were very rude and pushy. Let this be a sign to everyone. Never put up money up front for anyone that says they already have a buyer for your timeshare. I have paid over $2K now with similar companies since 2006 and never got one offer. I do not think there are any legitimate timeshare sellers out there. If you find one please post it here for everybody.
