I bought a house and went through Johnny Perez at Century 21 King...and it was my one mistake in buying my house, he lies to you and tells you what you want to hear. I just found out that my house has a lein on it and that its not even recorded in our name!!! the city of Adelanto has a lein on it so basicaly they can just come and take it if they wanted. that is something that we should have known, if a house has a lein on it why would we have bought it?!?!?!?! we trusted him to be honest with us about everything, and he wasnt...I would not refer him to anyone, maybe other people had a good experiance with him, but we sure didnt, after the bank accepted our offer we could never get ahold of him, it took 4 months to get our house, and everyother party invloved pointed the finger at him saying he was dragging his feet that they couldnt get ahold of him as well. so just research who you choose to help you buy your home.
