I own a surgery center that has never been medicare certified, eventhough i have worked with several other consultants, none of which could make it happen with me obtaining medicare certification. then i was introduced to troy lair and his team at the compliance doctor, llc. they stood by my side, guided me the entire way along the process. as stressful as it was for me, they continued to reassure me that this is what needed to be done in order to obtain the certification. then the day came for the survey, they were there to be the lead for the two days, never leave me alone and allowing me to continue to see my patients. the surveyor was very impressed with my facility and the end result was us obtaining our medicare and for the three years which is the best you can do. the surveyor had nothing to say but what a fine job we all had done. i give them all the credit, i was there but they did all the work. thank you guys, i appreciate it.
