This company is disgusting. My husband and I dealt with them starting in 2006 and finally got our debt paid back to the IRS in 2009 (no thanks to TCP).I'm so glad we are done with them. Compared to alot of we were only out $2500.00 that we paid them to help settle a $15,000.00 debt to the IRS that they said there shouldn't be any problems with them getting it settled. Just like everyone else I would call several times a day send emails and never get a returned phone call or email. I think the only thing they did for us is type up the letters for the the IRS, mail them to us to sign and we would mail them to the IRS. I too would like to get my money back that we paid them for doing absolutley nothing. I really don't know how people can work for a company that simply stealing from others.
