My Husband and I are currently getting calls from a timeshare marketing company by the name of TS Luxury Group. The first call we got from TSL was on 11-4-09, not even 24hrs after we caught Premier Timeshare Solutions(who we are currently and so sadly working with) handing us a bunch of b.s. about how they're not scamming us out of money. So Gary, from TS Luxury leaves us this totally unprofessional message on our phone, not stating who he was with, but supposedly had a buyer for our timeshare, and he "was really gonna make our afternoon good." We call him back and assume he's with Premier b/c he doesn't say who he's with. He tells us hes not related to Premier and starts immediately to talk trash about them and not about our timeshare. I asked him "what are your fees?" He said "there are no fees." Of course we are skeptical. So I asked him "what makes you different than Premier?" He said "well, ma'm, we just are. I don't really have any info on your timeshare or what's going on with it. Let me hand you over to our Director of Sales, John Conway." (why would Gary call us to talk to us about the sale of our timeshare if he doesn't have any info on it????)
So John gets on the horn and talks so much and so fast I can hardly get a word in. I asked him "what are your fees?" He says "$1,328.00 for a title/deed search" I also asked him what made TSL different from Premier. So he says, "well, ma'm here it is. We are not a scam." I brought to his attention that his and Gary's story were different about not charging any fees. He said Gary is a new guy and he doesn't know everything there is to know yet. I asked a lot of questions and John started getting frustrated and trying to push us to give him the marketing fee he was asking for b/c he had a buyer and could only give us 24hrs, otherwise we'd lose out on the sale. He also said that we could pay by cc or check, and when it closed, the amount of the sale and the fee could be directly deposited into our bank account. He knew he wasn't hooking us, so he started in on Premier and started using foul language in regards to them to try and make TSL look better. He said we could call him when we decided within 24 hrs and he gave us his number, which is 561-598-2198. Then he said he would call us the next day, which he didn't.
Two days later he calls us and leaves a message about how we would like to handle the execution of our sale. I call back and he gives me the same spiel about how theres a buyer and they had already been out to the resort and they want it and had already put $3,000 down, so he wanted to get that fee from us. He said he knew we had a bad experience with the other company, but his customers always come first and are most important. I asked what is the $1328 for? he said it was for title/deed search and they were not the same as closing costs. (which is not true). SO I asked him to send me the contract to look over and he got frustrated and started sighing like I was wasting his time and told me "I can't waste my time sending papers out in the mail. I can't waste another 48 hrs waiting on papers to come back to me. The buyer wants it now. I already told you I have a buyer with $3,000.00 down already! And that $3,000 gives me the confidence to do my job, so you can let me do my job and be on the recieving end or I'm gonna have to give it to someone else!" I said "You say your customers are most important, so why can't you show me proof of a contract or let me look it over before we pay you? We're not selling our timeshare without looking over the contract." Then John tried to tell me it wasn't ours because he had already found a buyer and he kept getting madder and more blunt so I hung up on him. It is no coincidence that TS Luxury calls in the midst of all the lies and thievery going on with Premier. Not only did TSL contact me but also Coastal Premier Timeshare Solutions contacted me within 24 hrs of me "bustin out" Premier, giving me the same spiel almost word for word. Supposedly none of these companies are related, but it's almost clear to see that they are.

with the same phone # of 877-730-4978 for both locations.
According to Gary, this is a family owned company and it is very small and very private. He also didn't know about the location listed with the BBB, which according to John, is the "corporate office", but on their website under "Contact Us", their only corporate contacts are in the United Kingdom.
