AKA Armstrong Ford of Homestead... Armstong Ford has been deceptive and has played the Bait and Switch routeen with me. They made me a written offer to sell me a truck, I accepeted and they invited me to come in to purchase it. I did travle to their place of business less than one hour after having the phone converation accepting their written offer. Once at their offices they could not find the truck they offered me in writing... but could find many others but at much higher prices! Simple, all I wanted is the truck they offered me in writing and at the price they offered me in writing, simple but after three hours of hard selling me on every truck except the one i wanted i had to leave as they were not going to sell me or order me the truck the offered me and that I accepted. This is crime and unfair business practices, Written offer made, offer accepted, simple contract...but they did not follow through.
All I wanted is the truck which was fair price not a "steel" just a fair price. Deadline for the June factory rebates etc was over that day, their price was good so went there in good faith to purchase the truck I wanted. They wanted to sell me somthing else at much higher prices. Also a side note I called the owner Mr. Armstrong now and have left messaged for him to return my call/s. He has not... his assistant has not so I assume these reviews are fitting to the way this business does business... this is why they have a "F" rating with the BBB and we have an A rating. I give them zero stars and a failing grade in sales, business practice and managemment.
