I found this dealership very unpleasant to deal with. Have bought 2 vehicles from them due to their locality. The first experience was OK, but took absolutely ages. The Sales people do not have very good interpersonal skills and didnt have any idea of price / finance options or anything. The usual dealer scams where in place - steering you to one vehicle only, gaining 'manager approval' to come down on price, trying to get you to sign paperwork without disclosing all costs or APR's etc, etc.
The second experience was discraceful. Same lack of professionalism as before, but with more incompetence this time, plus abusive behaviour when they made a mistake and quickly tried to back track and minimize their exposure.
I personally would never do business with them again and would advise anyone to steer clear, however some would argue that all auto dealers are the same:)
