I placed an Order 7/16/09. I tried contacting www.Soleaddiction.com via their customer service website starting July 21st. I have sent one every day since then and have even emailed them from my personal email several times. Their returns@soleaddiction.com email does not accept emails because it is full. I still have not received a reply. Their policy says they will answer within 48 hours. It is now July 24th. They already took my money out of my account. They seem to have no problem doing that. I have asked for a refund and am still awaiting a reply.
Update:I called Paypal to file a complaint since soleaddiction was not answering my emails to get my money. On July 29th, I received an email from soleaddiction and paypal that my shoe order was being shipped and they were sorry for the delay. I received this order August 4th 2009. The shoes were in great condition. I did email soleaddiction again July 30th and as of today August 5th have not received a reply.
