Shoe Dazzle has the most amazing customer service I have ever encountered. If you are looking for that one accessory, just hop on their Facebook wall, and request it. It doesn't take more than a couple hours to have something new in your show room. They can't read minds, and sometimes show rooms are less than stellar, but they are quick to rectify the situation.
The quality of the shoes SOMETIMES do leave something to be desired...I have had both excellent and poor examples. But I really cant hold it against them, I chose the shoe after all. I have ordered 20 pairs and have kept 13 and whatever I didn't like, or didn't fit, I just easily sent back and got a credit. All the hand bags I have purchased are fantastic quality (I ordered 10 and have kept 5, because of the size rather than anything else).
Shipping is free, and return shipping is free. Just put the items back in the box, seal it up and slap on a pre-paid UPS label and drop it off at your local UPS Store. Simple as that.
I would recommend anyone to Shoe Dazzle. I don't purchase shoes or accessories anywhere else now.
