I have extremely high standards for quality products and companies delivering on their promise. ShoeDazzle offers quality shoes for an affordable price while providing outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations. They do everything humanly possible to make their customers happy. My only issue is a small one ... more of a pet peeve that I accept because everything else about them is incredible. I think the style quiz is useless and has no real impact on what shoes are offered based on the results. It's just a catch ... a hook. Personally, I don't think they need a slick, unauthentic hook. Their catch "is" their absolute commitment to personalizing the shopping experience once you're a member. I've become a loyal customer and have turned my sister into one as well. Together, we've purchased over 100 ShoeDazzle shoes in a few short months and are continually impressed with quality, service and deep level of commitment they provide.
