My first order on ShoeDazzle.com was a disaster. FIRST ORDER! I ordered my shoes on 9/16/2011 and received them on 9/22/2011. The shoes ran a little small, whatever, so I have to exchange them for a 1/2 size bigger no biggie. When I received my shoes in with the shoes is another client's information with her order on the form. It contained her name, address, and phone number. I was so upset! My information is out there somewhere and who knows what kind of person has my information! I called ShoeDazzle.com and explained to them the situation and was panicking because now-a-days anything can happen with sensitive personal information like that. Every representative that I spoke with was very rude, unsympathetic, unapologetic, and did not care if my information was compromised. When I spoke to Jessica in the Fraud Department and was explaining the situation and how I was very upset that someone had my information and they might be able to steal my identity she challenged me and stated, "So how would you go about stealing someone's identity with only their name, address, and telephone number?" I received an email shortly after stating that my membership had been closed when I did not authorize it to be closed. I called back informing customer service rep Ashley that I had to exchange my shoes for a different size she said it would not be a problem if my membership was closed and was not sympathetic to my situation either. My very first experience ordering from ShoeDazzle.com was terrible. No one wanted to help and did not care if my identity was stolen or shipped to another client. I WILL NEVER ORDER SHOES FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN. I will also inform other people not to order them as well.
