Still waiting for my shoes

I am a faithful customer of Shiekh shoes, but do not like to shop in stores during the holidays. I chose to order online, and, to my dismay, have been waiting for my items for 2 WEEKS! I called regarding my shipment, and was greeted by a rude and unprofessional CSR. When I asked what was taking so long, she informed me that one pair of shoes had been placed on a backorder, and my items would not arrive by Christmas. I was appalled, and told her to take the backordered item off, and to ship everything else. This was supposed to be done immediately, yet I have NOT received an email regarding the information, just as I had not received an email regarding backordered items. I am almost ready to cancel my entire order and have Shiekh shoes refund my money. For this amount of frustration, I should have taken my chances with shopping in stores.
