I would NEVER recommend this company. They told me if I moved that the reinstalation would be free.
When it came time to move, it was then only free if I renewed my contract for another 3 years. I payed over 200 to have it reinstalled, more than the original installation price. Today i recieved a final notice in the mail reguarding the reinstalation which i paid to the serice man. Why would they send me a final notice 6 month later? They never sent an original notice. I refuse to pay twice for the same service that was suppose to be free. They also told me if I didn't write a letter to cancel my contract they would renew my contract for my SAFETY. If this company would have just been honest they would have kept a loyal costumer.
