We also talked with Michael McDewitt in May 2010, he had assured us that he could get us a better rate with our house mortgage. Our situation should be very simple, we have no debt but our home. Our mortgage company (Litton) just decided to up our rate last year. So, Michael says no problem, send me $3,800 dollars and I will get your loan modification done or I keep $500 and you get the rest back. We had talked with his assistant, Ashley Zoeller and Michael over the next few months, everything that was told to us was positive. Well, now it's tax season and we haven't received any information from this company, so we call Michael and Ashley only to find out that "we weren't in compliance and the loan has been closed? What? The last item that Ashley requested was the husbands 2010 taxes, I faxed Ashley the extension that my husband filed with IRS, he had until October 2010 to file. Apparently, this wasn't good enough, but nobody bothered to call, fax, e-mail, nothing? So, this is the good part, now Michael is answering his phone, only because he wants an additional few to finish the job? Really? This person should be put behind bars, what a FRAUD....IF YOU ARE READING THIS AND WANTING TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, DO NOT DO IT, THERE IS A REASON THE COMPANY IS RATED "F" NOW!
