I've purchased 2 laptops from Sager and have had great results. The first laptop i bought in 03 did have and issue with the graphics cards after 9 months they replaced the motherboard and shipped it back to me. They called me when it arrived to them and guaranteed a 3 day turnaround which they met and called be back to see if I wanted to upgrade the shipping which I said no and they paid to ship it back to me. The machine still works today. The second machine i purchased was in 05 and it has never needed a repair and still works today.
