Absolutely phenomenal customer service and high quality products.
I ordered a leather journal for my husband for our 9th wedding anniversary. I ordered on a Friday and needed it for the following Tuesday. I had totally forgotten that Monday was a holiday (President's day)and was worried about my package getting there on time for our anniversary dinner. I called them and they told me that they had fedexed it instead of using Priority Mail(their standard express shipping method)with the post office which would have been closed because of the holiday. Got the package safely on time and everything (the package, the note, the engraved initials)is PERFECT!!!
