I too was skeptical when I received a notice in the mail from Reliant Legal Network. I called, and spoke with a rep name Dee Dee who was very informative about ways that the company could lower my interest rate. I had been fighting with Wells Fargo for about a year trying to get a loan modification and they just kept giving me the run around. I thought about the offer she gave which was 2% on my 24 year term with a monthly payment of 1640. If the program worked that was saving me close to $900 a month. It was to good to be true. I was skeptical in enrolling for the fee of $2990, but Reliant made it easy by allowing me to put $1495 down and the balance due when modification was complete. My husband and I tossed the idea around for about a week, we did some research which was very limited and simply said what the heck, lets give it a try. I have to say that was the best decision we ever made. It took 3 months for Reliant to complete the modification, and they kept us posted the entire way. I have recommended there service to 3 of my friends and for doing so Reliant even sent me a check for $300. This Company is Legit. And my husband and I are glad we decided to enroll.
