I signed up for the 'Free' Trail to review one property and remembered to cancel prior to their 30 day time period, per their terms and conditions, fax number provided in terms & conditions. I even received a fax transmittal confirming receipt.
The next month, and 4 consecutive months thereafter, I continued to be charged $49.95 for their services. My bank gladly disputed and won and all the charges were reversed. By the 5th time, I had to cancel my credit card and obtain a new number because it was clear they were not going to stop.
4 months later, I continue to get calls from sales reps asking me if I wish to continue my subscription and they even offer me a discount. I explain to each and ever rep my experience above and they assure me I will be removed from their call list and data base.....never happened. Thats what brings me to the BBB to file a complaint. I am fed up with this harassment. They call as 8 am and even until 9 pm. DO NOT SIGN UP, YOU WILL NEVER BE LEFT ALONE....REALTY TRAC WILL HAUNT YOU UNTIL THE BBB DOES SOMETHING. Why they have not up to now, is a mindboggling question that I hope will someday be answered. THE RATING BELOW DEFAULTS TO 3 STARS....I WOULD NEVER EVEN GIVE THEM (1) STAR......ZERO STARS FROM THIS VERY DISSATISFIED CONSUMER.
