This company is also running a website called PublicRecordsNow.com. I attempted to use the site in order to find information so I could obtain a copy of my Birth certificate. When I tried to pay, it gave me an error that my CC information was incorrect, please check it and try again. I did, and got the same error. I then checked my account to see what was wrong, only to find out that they have placed a pending hold on my money twice, obviously the information went through. So I called, only to be told by their representative that any company will hold the money, even if it is a failed charge, and I would have to call my CC company to see if they can get the holds removed. This is a very distrustful company, and I would suggest not using them at all. They claim to be a BBB accredited company on the website, but when I searched for them in the list of BBB accredited companies, I failed to locate them.
