Premier Time Share Solutions is not to be trusted. In March 2009 , we received a call from Premier that they had a buyer for our time share and we would receive our money in a few weeks if we sent them 1,388 to cover a title search which would be refunded at closing. We were in the process of moving from Chicago to Nevada and this sounded like a good deal and we agreed. They promised if the deal fell through our money would promptly be refunded. Four months of stalling they said the deal fell through because the buyer lost his job. They stated they would get us a cash buyer in a few weeks which was a lie and they refused to return our money. Two weeks ago they called and said they had a buyer who wanted to buy and to send them 1,500 for our three banked weeks which was a lie. We have only one banked week. I recorded the conversations with the salesman approval I didnt send them another dime. I filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. It is very difficult to speak to them. There voice mail box is always full and they never return phone calls unless they are trying to scam mkore money for us. I would be happy to be part of any class action law suits against them. When they scam senior citizens they should pay triple . Alan A
