Review 11/10/2009

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU GIVE ANY MONEY TO PREMIERE TIMESHARE SOLUTIONS This company already has an F rating, so I will write my review. In May 2009, Cindy from Premiere Timeshare Solutions called my husband several times stating that she had a buyer for our timeshare in Park City, Utah. We had already paid two other companies to sell our timeshare, and were not interested in paying a third. One day she called, and stated that a buyer in her office was willing to pay $36,500 for our timeshare. She just needed $1888.00 to research the title, the deal would be complete and we would have our money in a couple of weeks. These people are very persuasive, make many verbal guarantees, and give the impression they are acting in your best interest. We gave them the money. We called back in a couple of weeks and were told that the buyer was still in the financing stage. After this, they continued to state that they were giving the buyer an additional 10 days here, and 10 days there to provide income verifications and other information. This went on and on until we were nearing the 120 day mark where you can request your fee to be refunded. Two weeks before the 120 days, I started calling each day to request my refund. They would continue to tell me the process was nearly complete, and we would soon have our check from the buyer. Then the 120 days passed. I called and they said the sale had failed, as the buyer's wife lost her job (sound familiar from other reviews?). I then insisted that they refund our fee. They said it was past the 120 days, and they would not send us a refund. Premiere Timeshare Solutions never had a buyer, and could not provide any proof that they did. They have been schooled on what should be said each time you contact them. I believe they have never sold a timeshare for anyone. I had planned to let this go, and chalk it up to a bad experience, then we got another call from Nathan with PTS last night. He stated that he had a new buyer for our timeshare. This buyer would pay $55,000 for our timeshare!! However, the buyer wanted an additional two weeks included in the sale, and we would need to send Premiere Timeshare Solutions another $2800.00 to pay for the additional weeks!!! These people have no conscious, and will continue to steal money as long as they can. Of course, we said no way, and to never call us again. I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Dept of Agriculture today, and attempting to find an attorney in Florida to discuss if a class action lawsuit is possible. Families are losing money to these dirt bags, and more importantly for me, a lot of time has been spent dealing with them. I will do my part to help put them out of business.
