I received a pressure call from Premier Timeshare Solutions (PTS) today (9/8/09) about my timeshare property and "there is a buyer who wants to purchase my ts right now for $17k". The process sounds so familiar to what each of you has outlined in your reviews. After coming to the Better Business Bureau web site, I decided not to proceed with PTS . . just too many complaints. Problem is I am in Texas . . Premier Timeshare Solutions is in Florida . . ripe for a scam especially after reading the reviews.
One again, thanks to all who posted a review. These are tough economic times and I for one don't have $1,000 to give away to fraudulent/devious proprietors these days.
