I dealt with this company a few months back and just wanted to right something about the way they conducted their business.
First it took me a while to find a company that had the best quality doors for the best price, which doesn't always exist, especially in a down market. I called numerous places and even visited a few showrooms, those who had one. I found myself at Pacific Overhead Doors, and poked around a few doors that they have on display in their showroom. I noticed right away they had some of the features I was looking for like 24g, steel back doors which are very strong and superior to most of the doors sold today. I needed a double and 1 single door for my 3 car garage home. It took just two minutes before a very nice person offered to answer all my questions. I must have spent an hour with them asking anything and everything right down to the warranty they offered and the warranty the door manufacture offered.. Both being superior to any other. Well I schedule a free estimate for the next day and met with a rep at my home. The gentleman came with many other samples along with the two I was leaning towards. He showed me exactly how everything would work in my garage which gave me the extra confidence about letting this company do the work. I had two other companies come to the home but they never explained it in such great detail. Pacific Doors had my door installed in my home 3 days later and was able to get everything done within the scheduled time. I love my new doors and recommend them to anyone.
