I purchased a PCUSA I-Rocks USB charger for iPod/iPhone from MacMall which has a PCUSA rebate of 9.99. Although I provided all the necessary documents, I was never told that my rebate was denied until I inquired about it 10 weeks later. Apparently, the reason for the denial was because the original packing slip was not included.
A google search will show that there are forums that discuss how VERY unreliable the rebate process is with this company and how rebate denials are the norm. Plus, they don't bother to even tell you that your rebate was rejected. Avoid!!!
