Do not use this company and look up their F rating in the Better Business Bureau! They have 3 different addresses (10907 Magnolia #420, North Hollywood, CA 91610; 1875 Ventura Blvd, Suite 175, Tarzana, CA 91356; 6250 Canoga Avenue, #295, Woodland Hills, CA 91367). The first two of these addresses are Mailbox type stores and the last one is an apartment.
They give you a quote, then after they take your belongings they say the weight is much higher and they give you a price that is 3 times the quote. Then they say "You are a good guy", so we are going to give you a price by volume instead of weight, which is 2 times the original quote.
They will not send your belongings unless you pay them 75% of the price up front and they want you to wire transfer it into their account. They will not accept check or credit cards, as those can be canceled.
Also, they will take weeks longer than their original estimate to get you your belongings.
