It is unfortunate that a company can not be honest. This company advertises as if there is not cost to the owner of the timeshare, and in fact you could draw from their marketing that they were going to pay you for your timeshare (why else would they show a check on their flyer). Well that is not true. If you turn over your timeshare to them it will cost approximately $3,000. In addition they say that you can write off on your income taxes this cost plus any loss of value on your timeshare. Well guess what, you cannot. A timeshare is considered personal property. So make sure you talk to your accountant before taking their word. I am very disappointed.
