What kind of business does not have an 800 number for customer service? One that takes your money and obviously doesn't care. My daughter signed up for a premium account in which money is charged to my credit card monthly. After awhile we realized she wasn't playing it and wanted to cancel the account. However, she cannot cancel her account without logging in and couldn't remember her password OR the email she used (They email you the password). So I should just call the 800 number and explain the situation right? NO 800 NUMBER. I tried emailing them many times, but no response. I tried calling the number for Neopets in the yellow pages, but an answering machine picks up which states you CANNOT leave a message. So I guess at this point, they get to go on charging my credit card forever...We will NOT be using Neopets and encourage others NOT to use it.
