This company & site is a fraudulent site and company, which I believe is operated by John Crawford, a disbarred California attorney, currently living in Tennessee. I know this because I am the President of National Consumer Law Group LLC and my company has been defrauded by him.
Mr. Crawford put up a website under my company's name (www.nationalconsumerlg.com) and godaddy.com refuses to take it down unless I have a court order since I wasn't the one who ordered the domain with them. Interesting, eh? The guy who filed corporation papers with the State of California can't get them to take down a site referencing to be my company? On that note, take a look at the two websites: www.nationalconsumerlg.com and www.nationalconsumerla.com. These are carbon copy sites and everything, even the attorney bio, is identical. The only difference I can find is that the sites divert to different BBB sites.
I've spoken and written with Paul StAmant, the supposed attorney for National Consumer Law Alliance. I have written correspondence from him stating that he has not authorized any individuals to use his name in this capacity and, like me, he has contacted the BBB about this.
Also, look to the State of California Secretary of State website (www.sos.ca.gov) and search for this company in its business entities section. It does not exist. Therefore, there is no basis by which one can hold them liable, should they steal your money. If you want to speak with either attorney, I suggest you find them via the CA State Bar website (www.calbar.org) and contact them that way. Using a website or company such as this will likely divert you to a scam operation. Please tread carefully.
