They set up my LLC, as I had know idea how to do it. Sold me on yearly fees to file annual reports on time. They missed those deadlines multiple years in a row. Finally took the time to look into it... and discovered how easy it is to both set up and maintain an LLC. Don't be duped my companies like this one. Get info from your state's business office, do it yourself, and even if you do have a company like this do the initial set up.... do not pay their unnecessary fees beyond that.
