After months of them 'courting' my business I left Wells Fargo and tried to successfully set up two different company accounts with these people. It took them many times to figure out that TWO companies meant TWO different accounts, etc. After I signed on, I was totally ignored despite many, many phone calls to discuss major problems with the processing.
They have been uncooperative, unresponsive, and down right obnoxious throughout this entire year. I am now ready to dump them and start the process all over with another company.
When it came time to submit the now stupidly required 1099's they put the entire sales figure on only one of the companies form!!! And it was the company that came no where near those sales figures.
They say they will not fix their error - I say avoid these people at all costs - they have done nothing but cost my company money, time and added expenses to keep chasing them down on their mistakes.
