Yes this company is a joke. I was about to lose my home. They said for $795.00 they could help me save it. I gave them the money, they dragged their feet and I lost my house. But, I kept calling them and emailing and bugging them until Jonathon Paris told me he would refund all my money (that took about 2 1/2 months) and I only got half the money. I called to and asked where the rest was he said he would send it out on Monday which I later remembered that was Labor day, emailed him back and never got a response. I too was met with full voicemails and no email answers. I finally called the number from their website and left a message for Jonathon. Zeandra called me, said she would talk to him and call me back. That was the last time I heard from them. Now when you call it says they don't except blocked number, mine isn't blocked and even when you do what the recording says your call still doesn't go through. Even their website is gone. That company was truly a scam. If you even hear the name RUN!!!! I don't even want to give them one star but I can't seem to get it to go away.
