This is hands down the very best jewelry store in the world! I have been doing business with 1800 Loose Diamonds for over 12 years and have always found them to be knowledgeable, courteous, and reasonable. I've never been dissatisfied with any of my purchases. Their quality is top notch, and their prices are more than reasonable.
The owner David is a great guy who always makes time to answer questions or handle concerns. This is NOT a corporate enterprise, it is a family owned and operated business that values it's customers. 1800 Loose Diamonds is the only place I will ever go to get quality jewelry for my wife, daughter or mother. I have even had them make a custom one-of-a-kind pendent for my wife and they really went above and beyond the call of duty to get it perfect! David's wife Michelle and their sons (Elan and Nisan) are all great people and will take care of your every need.
When I shop there I know that this is the absolute best place to get exactly what I want. They hear what I'm asking for. They do not try to sell me something they just want to get rid of (like some of the St. Vincent market jewerly stands). They take pride in servicing their customers because this is a family owned store and their business is built upon honesty, customer service, quality, and a huge selection of the best certified diamonds available! They stand behind every sale.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 1800 Loose Diamonds in Los Angeles to anyone! Do yourself a favor and check them out, it's worth the trip. Especially if your looking for an engagement ring (with traditional solitaire, diamond accent, and gemstone settings), wedding and anniversary bands, braclets, gold, platinum, silver, gemstone, pearl, or diamond jewelry. Their location is a secure private office. Parking is underground, once you enter their secure building, go up to the 7th floor and visit Suite 777. You'll be glad you did!
