Gail Berstein and her family are liars and scam artists!!! Do not sign a lease with this company, they will make your life hell! They rip off the tenants and owners of the houses they represent. They are breaking tenant laws by charging late fees, they charge a 10% late fee if rent is not in by the 1st. This is ILLEGAL, do not pay it! They don't fix maintenance issues, even when it deems the place uninhabitable. They lie to the homeowners and blame everything on the tenants! They lie to the tenants and blame everything on the homeowners. Gail Berstein (owner/maintenance supervisor) is the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever dealt with. Save yourself money and frustration and avoid LRS at all cost. If you are currently involved with LRS, learn your tenant rights (you have more than you think), document everything so when the time comes to get your deposit back you can take them to civil court.
