Marketing emails and associated "deals" on website are not corresponding with each other. Poor inventory tracking of products. Pricing isn't the best. Have made plenty of orders with them at different times of the year, always found it to take them an average of 5 business days to pick and ship an order. I am taking my money elsewhere. Might I add that if you have to make a return, you have to a.) print and fill out a return form, b.) make sense of their pull sheet (literally a large label with very small text...where's the standard piece of paper?), c.) PAY to ship it back to them! Basically, you're doing their work. I have never seen a business/site so poorly run and yet they still get business. I guess if you put enough lipstick on a pig...
