We are so sorry that we ever did business with this company. I do not know how they continue to list their BBB rating as an A+ in their ads when the BBB website lists it as a B. We had carpet and wood floor installed around Halloween 2010. Christmas came and went and we were still waiting for the trim mould to be finished around the wood floors. The carpet in the master bedroom had a zig-zag flaw. The adjuster who came said for us to "just brush the carpet in the other directions..." Carpet has a lifetime guarantee and we are still waiting as of Feb 19, 2011 for that flawed carpet to be replaced. Our salesman?? Could not have been less helpful. Customer service?? Same thing...Never speak to the same person twice and most of the time it goes straight to voice mail. There are so many other places to do business with. Try them instead.
