Our tech was great! He completed the service and then took time to show me how to turn the water heater off in case of water or gas leak. This was our third contractor. The first company gave a wrong diagnosis, the second company was a no show. Very happy that Noah was able to come the same day and complete the repairs.Highly recommended water heater service.
