Zero reliability, foul-mouthed individual. Treats customers like we're doing business in the 19th century -- Rod Knight's attitude is that the customer is an idiot. Promised to deliver and install Shutters in 6-8 weeks. Litany of excuses started after 2nd month. Five months later -- I have now filed in Small Claims Court to get my deposit back ($2,500). If you value your relationship with your better half, slam your door when you see Rod Knight coming.
