Don't do business with this company. Just like all the other timeshare resale companies, they do nothing for you except take your money. When you talk to them, they say call back in a couple of weeks. I signed a contract with them in July of 2009 and they never call and don't seem to have any offers when I call them. I couldn't ever seem to find an ad for my property on their website either.
