I've been using their equipment for several years, the products are excellent and much better than GPM, GH, strc and such and they have a big selection. The web site is a bit difficult to navigate partially because they have such enormous amount of various parts. I've ordered from them a couple dozen times and their shipping is on the slow side from time to time, so I contacted them by e-mail and ticket support. Bill at tech support got back to me fairly quickly and answered all my questions consistently. I'm now a big fan of Integy and by the way, don't listen to the rumors in online forums about how their stuff sucks and they don't care about customers. Those are all lies, bs and I've to call it out as such.Kudos to Bill and the their crew, we're a hard to deal with crwod and overall I'm satisfied.
